Registration and fees

Conference fees

Registration fees are expressed in Euro. Early bird rates applicable if paid until July 1, 2025.

The conference fee includes: the conference proceedings, the welcome cocktail, the coffee breaks, the lunches, the gala dinner and one-year DYMAT association membership (50 €).

Accompanying person free (Welcome Cocktail and Gala dinner): 150 €.

Student registration: You must send proof of student status by e-mail to dymat2025@mondragon.edu. A copy of your student status certificate, student ID card, or a letter of the department head/chair will suffice.
